Le Mas
AOP CHATEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE
All the Châteauneuf-du-Pape vines of Domaine de Panisse are combined to produce a single cuvée.
Le Mas Châteauneuf-du-Pape is the expression of the entire estate, a kind of synthesis of all the parcels.
It showcases Grenache in all its glory, giving the wine a beautifully structured framework. Complemented by the full structure and complexity of Mourvèdre, Le Mas cuvée is a perfect alchemy of power and finesse, highlighted by spicy notes of Syrah and lifted by the freshness of old Cinsault vines.
This is a complex, powerful wine that balances breadth and length, imbued with the signature of Clos du Caillou: finesse and elegance.

Le Mazet
Côtes du rhône
Le Mazet refers to the small dry-stone shelter located in the middle of the estate’s parcels, originally
intended for use by workers and animals during storms or for storing tools.
The Le Mazet Côtes-du-Rhône from Domaine de Panisse is made with the same philosophy as Le
Mas: it is a blend of different parcels of the estate. Grenache vines planted on clay-limestone soils
are combined with Syrah vines grown on rolled pebbles.The vinification is done by co-fermentation to achieve a beautiful harmony in this cuvée, which showcases remarkable balance, elegant fruit, and silky tannins.
